You are being asked to participate in this research study because you are an oncology health care provider in the state of Colorado. This research study was designed by faculty at the University of Colorado to learn more about oncology health care provider’s knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding marijuana. The data gathered from this study will serve as data precursor to a future nationwide study of oncology health care providers. The results of this study will be shared and published. Your input is highly valued and greatly appreciated.
If you choose to participate in the study, you will complete a confidential survey. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. You will only need to complete the survey once and no additional follow-up will be asked of you.
Possible discomforts or risks include the time required to complete the survey and the risk for breach of confidentiality. There may be risks the researchers have not thought of.
Every effort will be made to protect your privacy and confidentiality. No personal identifying information will be collected such as IP address or email address. The survey is completely confidential.
