You are being asked to be in this research study because you are over the age of 18 and currently work or have worked within a primary care clinic.
If you join the study, you will participate in a brief interview that will ask about you and your thoughts on behavioral health care in primary care.
This study is designed to learn more about the barriers and benefits of integrated behavioral health in primary care.
Although you may feel discomfort answering some questions, there are no medical risks. You do not have to answer every question posed to you. There may be risks the researchers have not thought of.
This study is not designed to benefit you directly.
Every effort will be made to protect your privacy and confidentiality by keeping the names of participants confidential, storing identifying information in secured locations only accessible to the research team, and describing participants with general characteristics in evolution reports.
This research is being paid for and supported by the Adult and Child Center for Outcomes Research and Delivery Science, Department of Psychiatry, and Partners for Children's Mental Health at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
You have a choice about being in this study. You do not have to be in this study if you do not want to be.
The data we collect will be used for this study but may also be important for future research. Your data may be used for future research or distributed to other researchers for future study without additional consent if information that identifies you is removed from the data.
