Thank you for your interest in CCPM Biobank resources.

The biobank at the Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine collects genotype and patient health data on consented participants across the UCHealth system. This data aims to support a broad range of research, operational, and clinical quality improvement agendas.

This survey is intended for investigators interested in obtaining:

aggregate counts on consented CCPM Biobank participants that satisfy your defined cohort criteria
additional genetic analyses on approved Biobank projects through the ABC.

You may also access custom cohort extracts through the Compass Data Explorer Dashboard (read more at https://www.healthdatacompass.org/data-delivery-services).

Please note: Receiving aggregate cohort count data does not need approval from Compass or the Access to Biobank Committee. However, if you wish to create a research project utilizing the participants identified through your cohort exploration request, please contact Compass to create a custom project (https://redcap.ucdenver.edu/surveys/?s=D4WTRF44FJ).

Please note: Our current research freeze will include data generated from our partnership with Regeneron Genetics Center (RGC). This includes imputed data for ~73,200 patients across ~30 million variants genotyped on MEGA or sequenced on WES imputed from TOPMed. RGC requires that any publication, presentation, abstract, poster, grant application, manuscript submission, or any other scientific communication outside of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus be submitted to RGC 30 days in advance for approval. If you would like to use this research freeze, you must agree to these terms in conditions.

We also have a previous research freeze available, which includes ~33,800 biobank patients across ~50 million variants genotyped on MEGA and subsequently imputed from TOPMed. This past research freeze does not require approval 30 days in advance.
