AAA
We are unable to see children in Medicaid RAEs 2 (Northeast Health Partners) and 4 (Health Colorado, Inc.), but if in DHS custody, they may be able to be switched to state Medicaid.
TASK is an interdisciplinary clinic providing comprehensive assessment and care coordination for children ages 3-12 who are involved (or at risk of involvement) with child welfare, have experienced trauma, and have complex behaviors and presentations. We offer a comprehensive assessment of physical, mental/behavioral health, socio/emotional well-being, cognitive, and developmental functioning and connection to treatment.
If you believe a child is having cognitive/developmental/academic issues and could benefit from this assessment, please fill in the information below. If you are specifically seeking therapy/treatment for the child, and not an assessment, feel free to contact startclinic@ucdenver.edufor referrals. TASK does not provide custody evaluations or substantiate/investigate trauma.
Please fill in as much information as you know about the child. We will reach out to you to follow up as soon as possible. Thank you!
